Wunderbrow, approached me to help refresh their website. Their primary goal was to modernise the design by decluttering the interface and use large closeup imagery to highlight their product quality.
The challenge was to create a visually engaging yet user-friendly experience that aligned with the brand’s push for clean, clear and quality feel while improving their conversion rate.
Working with the head of eComms and head of Brand, we identified the key components to include on each page to clearly guide the users’ journey and build trust.
The site was wireframed where further revisions were made before creating a prototype and then the final polished design.
Through each stage of the process elements were refined to help remove the barriers to purchase and improve the overall experience.
By refreshing the site with a more modern aesthetic we helped to reinforce Wunderbrow’s positioning as a high-quality beauty brand.
