Overview

As Business Cover Expert grew and design trends changed, it became clear that the brand and website needed a refresh to reflect its evolution and stay competitive. The objective was to create a more modern, engaging, and streamlined experience while maintaining a professional and approachable feel.

Brand Identity

The logo was refined for a cleaner, more contemporary appearance – removing the logomark, adopting a bolder typeface and incorporating a subtle coloured full-stop to enhance visual identity. 

The colour palette was tweaked – retaining purple as the core brand colour but a brighter, more vibrant tone alongside a richer deep purple tone for depth and contrast and use in gradients. 

With an extensive client base in place, we used data-driven insights to develop key customer personas. This allowed us to refine the brand’s tone of voice, ensuring that content was more aligned with audience expectations and needs.

Website

The website was redesigned with simplicity and usability in mind, focusing on removing unnecessary elements and reducing cognitive load. Starting with wireframes and prototypes, we reimagined the site from the ground up, creating a polished final design that was both visually impactful and highly functional. The homepage was given a stronger presence, improving navigation and user engagement.

Impact

The refreshed brand and website were well received, reinforcing Business Cover Expert’s position in the market. The redesign not only modernised the brand but also improved performance metrics – leading to a reduction in drop-offs, increased conversions and a shorter time to conversion.
